摘要
当采煤工作面在临近风氧化带附近开采时,由于煤层顶底板受到采动和风化影响,围岩强度降低,两巷维护困难,一直成为综采工作面安全开采的一大难题。文章以某矿1202(3)工作面在上提面风氧化带等极破碎顶板条件下,采用大断面架棚支护、大功率设备、大采高支架等生产技术条件下,分析了零阶段综采面在回采过程中遇到的制约生产的影响因素及采取的有效技术对策,并总结实践经验,对相似条件开采的工作面提供参考借鉴。
As the mining face promoting, the roadway by the mining and weathering effects when mining zero phase near oxidation zone maintain difficult, it becomes a big problem of the mine safety. This paper is based on 1202 (3) working face with a broken and oxidi- zing conditions, under the shelf support with large section,large mining equipment, a higher bracket for production technology, analyzes the factors influencing production at zero stage, take an effective technique, and sum up experience to provide information for the similar working face.
