二维配位聚合物[Cu_2(2,6-dmpyz)Cl_2]_n的合成与结构

摘要 以2,6-二甲基吡嗪为配体合成了一个一价铜的二维配位聚合物[Cu2(2,6-dmpyz)Cl2]n(1)(2,6-dmpyz:2,6-二甲基吡嗪),并利用元素分析,红外光谱,热重分析以及单晶X-射线衍射对配合物(1)进行了表征。晶体学数据:三斜晶系,P-1空间群,a=3.8168(3),b=8.0319(7),c=15.0128(15),α=83.9300(10),β=87.819(2),γ=77.9240(10),V=447.47(7)3,Z=2,S=1.064,最终残差因子(I>2σ(I))R1=0.0724,wR2=0.1983,对于全部数据R1=0.0897,wR2=0.2491。单晶结构分析结果表明,2,6-二甲基吡嗪扮演桥连配体的角色将一维阶梯状结构单元[Cu Cl]n连成二维平面结构。 A two dimensional coordination polymer with formula of[Cu2(2,6-dmpyz)Cl2]n(1)(2,6-dmpyz:2,6-dimethylpyrazine) has been synthesized from hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TG-DTG analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data:triclinic,space group P-1,a=3. 8168(3)A,b=8. 0319(7)A,c=15. 0128(15)A,α=83. 9300(10)A,β=87. 819(2)A,γ=77. 9240(10)A,V=447. 47(7)A^3,Z=2,S=1. 064,final R indices(I〉2σ(I))R1=0. 0724,wR2=0. 1983, for all reflections R1=0. 0897,wR2=0. 2491,featuring one-dimensional staircase-like[ CuCl] n motif linked by 2,6-dmpyz to give rise to a two-dimensional sheets.
