公共体育服务供给中政府与民间组织的互动研究

The Interaction between Government and Non-governmental Organizations in the Supply of Public Sports Service

在当今我国政府行政服务改革和体育公共服务改革的背景下,文章通过对我国公共体育服务供给现状的研究与分析,研究公共服务供给过程中政府与民间组织的互动关系,使二者在组织上相互独立、职能上互补、互助、互惠,从而弥补公共体育服务中市场失灵和政府失灵的现象,对于推动政府公共体育服务改革,解决公共体育服务政府供给与社会需求之间的矛盾,加强服务型政府的建设以及和谐社会的建设具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。

Under the background of the reform of government service and public service in China, this paper studies the interaction between government and civil society in the process of public service supply, which makes the two party independent, mutual benefit, and make up the contradiction between market failure and government failure in public sports service.
