摘要 为了提高青少年中长跑专项的运动成绩,文章采用多种研究方法对青少年中长跑专项素质训练方法进行研究,从青少年这个阶段的生理特点和中长跑的概念出发,结合运动解剖学、运动生理学、运动训练学等学科,及训练实践相关知识,论述了专项速度、速度耐力和速度力量在中长跑训练中的意义和作用。并对如何提高青少年中长跑专项素质训练方法进行研究,制定相应训练计划,为教练员和青少年运动员提供有益参考。 In order to improve athletic performance of juvenile middle and long distance, middle distance race training was analyzed from a systematic and scientific proces. Young people are in the most vigorous stage of growth and de- velopment of body, plasticity. In this paper, using a variety of methods, studied the juvenile middle distance race training method, from the physical characteristics of adolescents in this stage and the concept of combination of long-- distance running, sports anatomy, exercise physiology, sports training, and training practice related discipline knowl- edge, discussed the significance and effect of the special speed, speed endurance and speed strength in middle distance race training. And studied how to improve the juvenile middle distance race training methods, formulated the corre- sponding training plan, provided a useful reference for coaches and athletes.
