摘要
为探讨教练员领导行为与集体效能之间的关系,利用集体效能问卷(CEQ)和体育运动领导行为量表(LLS)对来自17支球队的192名运动员进行了调查问卷,采用单因素方差分析、Tukey检验和相关分析等方法对数据进行处理。结果表明:1教练员的领导行为能够影响运动队的集体效能,教练员的训练与指导行为和社会支持行为与运动队的集体效能呈正相关;2集体效能能够影响团队绩效,成功球队运动员的集体效能高于较成功的运动员,较成功球队运动员的集体效能高于不成功球队的运动员;3在教练员领导行为之间存在显著性差异,并且显现出教练员存在高的训练和指导行为和较低的民主行为;4成功和不成功的运动队之间教练员的领导行为存在显著性差异。在运动队集体效能形成的过程中教练员领导行为起到了重要的作用,在运动训练实践中教练员要注意采用合理的领导行为。
To investigate the relationship between coaches' leadership behaviors and collective efficacy, this study sur- veys 192 athletes from 17 teams using Collective Efficacy Questionnaire (CEQ) and Leadership Scale for Sports (LLS). One-way ANOVA, Tukey test and correlation analysis are employed for data processing. Study results show that.. @Coaches' leadership behaviors can affect the collective efficiency of sports teams. Coaches' training and instruction behaviors and social support are positively correlated with teams' collective efficacy. Ocollective efficacy can affect team performance. The collective efficacy of successful sports teams is higher than that of the less success- ful teams and the collective efficiency of the less successful teams is higher than that of the unsuccessful teams. ① There is a significant difference between coaches' leadership behaviors. Coaches have higher training and instructing behaviors but lower democracy. ②There is a significant difference between the coaches' leadership behaviors of the successful and unsuccessful teams. Coaches play an important role in the formation of team ' s collective efficacy. Therefore, proper leadership behaviors should be adopted by coaches in practical training.
