摘要
采用调查问卷法、访谈法、数理统计法等,以杭州市10余所高职院校的160名教师为研究对象。不同运动参与形式对高职院校教师主观幸福感影响的对比,探讨运动参与与主观幸福感之间的关系。研究表明:参与不同运动项目对杭州市高职院校教师的主观幸福感产生不同的影响,3~4次/周的运动频率对各个分量表的影响得分最高,低于2h/次的运动时间对主观幸福感贡献较高,超2h/次让教师主观幸福感降低,低强度运动量对杭州市高职院校教师的主观幸福感影响较大。对维护杭州市高职院校教师的心理健康,进一步提高教师的生活质量具有重要的意义。
Using questionnaires, interviews, mathematical statistics, etc. to various regions of Hangzhou, from more than 10 colleges and universities, 160 teachers are the subjects in the study. Comparison of different forms of partici- pation of university sports teacher impact on subjective well--being, explore the relationship between sports participa- tion and subjective well--being. Studies have shown that: Participate in different sports have different effects on SWB of college teachers in Hangzhou, affecting 3--4 times / week exercise frequency for each subscale scores highest, less than 2h / time of exercise time contribution of SWB higher over 2h / time to let teachers SWB reduced low--intensity exercise greater influence on SWB of teachers in Hangzhou. The maintenance of teachers mental health, to further improve the quality of lives of teachers is significant.
