摘要
目的:1分析德国Senslab公司的Lactata-scout便携式乳酸盐分析仪与德国EKF诊断公司生产的EKF-C-Line GP型台式乳酸盐分析仪的测试结果,判断两种仪器能否相互替代使用;2对比不同冷藏时间血样的乳酸值与采血即刻的测试结果,寻找进行乳酸测试的血样冷藏保存期限。方法:1同时使用便携式与台式乳酸盐分析仪测量受试者运动后的血乳酸,分析两组测量结果的相关性及一致性;2将冷藏后的血样每隔1天使用台式乳酸盐分析仪测量其乳酸值,直至冷藏14天,将这些结果与采血当天的测试结果进行比较。结果:1便携式与台式乳酸盐分析仪的测量结果相互比较,配对t检验得出两种测试方法平均差值为-0.114mmol/L,P>0.05,相关系数r=0.912,两者存在显著性相关及很好的一致性;2每组冷藏血样每隔1天测试的乳酸结果与采血当天的测试值无显著性差异(P>0.05),结果呈现逐渐上升的趋势,此外,P值也逐渐减小,在冷藏14天后的P值为0.16。结论:1便携式与台式乳酸盐分析仪在测量结果上存在很好的一致性,在实际中能够互相替代使用。2血样冷藏14天后对血样的乳酸值影响在统计学的允许范围内。
Objective： ①The results of blood lactate levels, tested by Lactata--scout＇s portable lactate analyzer （Germa- ny Senslab） and EKF--C-Line GP--based desktop lactate analyzer （German EKF） were compared to determine whether the two instruments could he used instead of each other;②The blood lactate levels were immediately tested and were compared with the test results of different storage time, to find out how long it could be refrigerated. Meth- ods： ①Using portable and desktop lactate analyzer to measure the blood lactate of athletes after exercise, looked for the correlation and consistency of the two measurements; ②The frozen blood samples were measured after every oth- er day until refrigerated 14 days, then these results were compared. Results： ①It showed a good link to the results which were tested by portable and desktop lactate analyzer, the correlation coefficient r=0. 912, paired t-test results mean difference between the two test of refrigerated was -0. 114 retool/L; ②Each group results which were tested in 14 days storage comparing to blood lactate which was tested the day, was no significant difference, and it becomed higher along with the storage time, and P was 0. 16 on the 14th day. Conclusions： OPortable and desktop presence of lactate analyzers were good consistency, in practice, be able to replace one another. ②The blood samples could be storaged at least 14 days and had not significant influence on the results of blood lactate.
