摘要
目的:讨论我国56~77kg级男子举重抓举技术。方法:以2011-2013年度国内重要比赛抓举前六名运动员为研究对象,利用SIMI°Motion 7.50运动动作解析系统对视频录像进行分析处理,采用Excel和SPSS12.0统计软件对原始数据进行统计学分析。结果:我国小级别优秀男子举重运动员杠铃最大速度为1.78±0.10m/s;伸膝提铃阶段和发力阶段是速度增长的主要阶段,占杠铃最大速度的88%;我国小级别优秀男子举重运动员在抓举过程中杠铃垂直速度曲线主要有在X轴上有一个波峰和有两个波峰两种类型;优秀运动员引膝提铃和发力阶段之间的过渡阶段能保持铃速在垂直方向呈上升趋势,杠铃重心更贴近人体重心,体现技术上"近"的特点。
Objective: To observe the snatch technique of Chinese men's small level weightlifting. Methods: With the first six athletes of 2011--2013 annual domestic important games as the objects, this paper analyzes the video by SI- MI°Motion 7. 50 Sports video analysis software, and takes statistical analysis on the original data by Excel and SPSS12. 0 software. Results: The maximum speed is 1.78-4-0. 10m/s of Chinese male's small levels weightlifting. First pull phase and second pull phase is major phase of barbell velocity growth, the sum velocity growth of the two phases on average 88% of the barbell peak vertical velocity. There have one peak and two peaks on X axis of the snatch in Chinese male's small levels weightlifting. The vertical speed of barbell can keep rising trend between first pull phase and second pull phase, the barbell center of gravity closer to the body center of gravity, embody the char: acteristic "close" of the technique.
