摘要
为了得到干燥烧结装置的温度场情况,采用PID温度控制仪控制温度场中心位置温度恒定的方法,运用计算机VB程序与温度采集模块串口通信的方式,对温度场的其他各点进行数据采集。利用MATLAB软件对采集数据进行处理,获得试验条件下干燥烧结装置的温度场直观分布情况,试验在不同控制方式下温度场的分布情况。结果表明:分段控制电加热系统有利于温度场的稳定。
In order to achieve the temperature field of dry sintering devices,the other points data of the temperature field are collected by the serial communication of the computer VB program and the temperature acquisition module,when the PID temperature controllers control the constant temperature of the temperature field in the central position. The MATLAB software deals with the data,obtaining the temperature field visual distribution of drying sintering devices in the experimental conditions. By testing the distribution of the temperature field in different control modes,the results show that the separate control of the electric heating system is conducive to the stability of the temperature field.
