摘要
在某新车型开发过程中,出现了较多管线问题,通过DMU分析及管线样车搭建,解决了管线的布置、固定及防护问题。制定了管线设计标准,确定了管线设计流程,并在设计过程中严格按要求执行。概括总结了管线设计的流程和总体设计要求,管线问题解决的办法为今后汽车设计过程中管线的设计布置提供了详细的参考。
In a new vehiele development process, there are more pipeline problems, through DMU analysis and pipeline prototype build to solve the pipeline layout, fixation and proteetion problems. This paper introduces how to stipulate pipeline design standards, determine the pipeline design process, and implement them accordance with the requirements of the implementation. The paper summarizes the design process and the overall design requirements of the pipeline, pipeline problem solving approach provides a detailed reference for the future design and layout of the pipeline.
