摘要
为提高FSC赛车换挡反应速度,文章采用电子控制方式进行换挡,在设计前端使用开关作为输入传感器,将采集到的信号输入到微处理器中,使用PWM(脉宽调制)算法,对采集到的信号进行运算处理,根据输出运算结果(扭矩)控制大功率直流电机带动拉杆机构等机械装置完成自动换挡。通过这种方式能够实现精确和快速换挡控制,充分体现换挡的智能性,也为电动换挡在FSC方程式赛车的广泛应用打下一定基础。
The electronic-controlled shifting system can be used in order to raise the response speed of shift to implement intelligence of shifting in FSC. This paper introduces the electronic control in FSC racing car, using switch as input sensor and the collected signal is inputted to the microprocessor, using PWM (pulse width modulation) algorithm, to process the collected signal, then outputting calculation results (torque) to control high-power DC motor and other mechanical device, then automatic shifting is accomplished, In this way PSC racing car can achieve accurate and rapid shift control. This fully reflects its' intelligence and electric shifting is widely used to lay a certain foundation in PSC racing car.
