摘要
噪声与振动会影响汽车的驾驶性能,并从某种程度上分散驾驶员的注意力。已经确定的汽车振动的主要原因是汽车驱动时发动机的传递和轮胎与路面的接触。考虑了不同路面的因素,针对发动机转速的变化,使用布鲁尔&卡亚尔便携式及多通道脉冲3560D型仪器、B&K脉冲Lapshop软件和布鲁尔&卡亚尔声品质7698型软件进行噪声与振动测量,并研究了驾驶室内特定零部件上噪声中声品质与暴露的振动变化之间存在的相关性。通过对噪声与振动的输入进行数据分析,获得了声品质指标随暴露的振动变化趋势的显著性等级。从结果中发现暴露的振动影响噪声的产生。通过采用聚类和分类算法,成功提出了一种评估经历噪声与暴露的振动的模型。
Vehicle noise and vibration can affect driving performance, and to some extent distract his or her attention. Two identified main sources that contribute to the generation of vibration are the transmission of the engine and the tire and road contact while the car is being driven. We consider the factor of different road surfaces, conduct the measurements of noise and vibration using Bruel & Kjaer portable and multi-channel Pulse Type3560D,B&K Pulse Labshop software and Bruel & Kjaer Sound Quality Type7698 software in view of the engine speed changes, and study the correlation that exists between the sound quality from the noise and the changes of the exposed vibration at particular parts in the cabin. The trends of signifieance levels of sound quality metrics over exposed vibration can be obtained by performing data analysis towards the input of noise and vibration. The results show that the exposed vibration influences the generation of noise. At the end of the study, a model of evaluation method on the experienced sound and exposed vibration is successfully proposed using the clustering and classification algorithm.
