摘要
文章介绍了模拟汽车腐蚀的试验方法及整车腐蚀试验与实验室加速腐蚀试验关联性研究的设计思路。以Q235材质的标准试样为研究对象,研究了车身区域整车强化腐蚀试验的腐蚀量随腐蚀时间的变化情况;并通过对试样进行中性盐雾试验,建立了车身区域整车强化腐蚀试验与中性盐雾试验腐蚀数据的关联性,即车身区域整车试验的腐蚀速率为中性盐雾试验的腐蚀速率的1.6倍左右。
This paper introduces the test method of vehicle con'osion simulation and design idea of correlative research on vehicle corrosion test and laboratory accelerated corrosion test. Taking Q235 standard sample as a research object, body area corrosion quantity in vehicle accelerated corrosion test under different corrosion time was studied; corrosion relationship between vehicle accelerated corrosion test for body area and the data for neutral salt spray test was established by the neutral salt spray test of the sample, namely, corrosion rate of vehicle accelerated corrosion test for body area is approximate 1.6 times as large as neutral salt spray test.
