凤台县主要蔬菜病毒的dot-ELISA检测研究

Study on Dot-ELISA Detection of Major Viruses on Vegetables in Fengtai County

利用dot-ELISA法检测了安徽省凤台县蔬菜产区茄科、葫芦科和豆科蔬菜中5种主要病毒(TSWV、TMV、CMV、CGMMV和BBWV)的带毒率,检测结果发现,5种病毒的带毒率分别为1.52%、13.64%、31.89%、54.32%和20.39%。CMV与CGMMV和BBWV分别存在复合侵染现象,复合侵染率分别为29.63%和50.00%。另外,辣椒、瓜类和豇豆带毒率较高,菜豆未检出病毒。本研究结果可为凤台县蔬菜主要病毒病的综合防治提供重要的理论依据。

Five major viruses（TSWV,TMV,CMV,CGMMV and BBWV）infecting Solanaceae,Cucurbitaceae and Leguminosae vegetables in Fengtai County were detected by dot-ELISA.The results demonstrated that the positive rate of 5 viruses was 1.52%,13.64%,31.89%,54.32% and 20.39%respectively.It could be found that the phenomen of CMV and CGMMV,CMV and BBWV complex infection occurred in the vegetable fields,and the rates of complex infection are 29.63%and 50.00%.Moreover,virus-carrying rates of pepper,melon and asparagus bean are relatively high,and virus could not be detected in bean.This reseach will provide important theoretical basis for integrate control of major virus diseases of vegetables in Fengtai County.
