中医共识临床诊疗指南适用性评价

Analysis on the applicability evaluation of clinical practice guideline on traditional Chinese medicine

目的:评价中医共识临床诊疗指南的适用性。方法:组织全国42家三级甲等中医医院填写《中医临床诊疗指南适用性调查问卷》,通过在线数据采集系统收集对指南与相关标准(指南)内容的协调性、与相关标准(指南)内容的配套性、指南与本单位常规水平比较、指南与重点学科、专科诊疗方案水平比较、指南与本单位专家诊疗经验水平比较、指南与最新临床科研成果水平比较6个方面的评价。结果:与相关标准(指南)内容的协调性(53.1%)>与相关标准(指南)内容的配套性(52.4%)>指南与本单位常规水平比较(50.1%)=指南与重点学科、专科诊疗方案水平比较(50.1%)>指南与本单位专家诊疗经验水平比较(45.6%)>指南与最新临床科研成果水平比较(41.9%)。结论:中医共识临床指南总体适用性较好,建议修订指南时吸收最新的科研成果。

Objective： To evaluate the applicability of traditional Chinese medicine consensus of clinical practice guidelines. Methods： Doctors in 42 grade 3 and first-class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were organized to fill in the ‘Application of TCM clinical guidelines questionnaire＇. Through online data acquisition system, data was collected on the guidelines and standards （guide） content, and coordination of relevant standards （guide） evaluation of the 6 aspects of the matching, comparison, guide and the conventional horizontal guide and key disciplines, specialist treatment level, guide and the expert experiences in diagnosis and treatment level, guide and the latest clinical scientific research level comparison, etc. Results： With the relevant standards （guide） （53.1%） 〉 coordination content and related standards （guide） level matching （52.4%） 〉 tutorial and the units of conventional horizontal comparison （50.1%） = guidelines and key disciplines, specialist treatment level （50.1%） 〉 guide and the expert experiences in diagnosis and treatment level （45.6%） 〉 guides and the latest clinical scientific research （41.9%）. Conclusion： Overall. the applicability of traditional Chinese medicine consensus of clinical guidelines is good, and the lasted research results should be absorbed when revise the guides.
