基于证素辨证原理的证名规范及内涵统一思路探讨

Study on standardization of name and connotation about TCM syndrome based on the principle of differentiation of syndrome elements

"证素辨证"是一种"根据证候,辨别证素,组成证名"的新辨证方法。该方法尝试用于中医临床定量诊断,已逐步被更多的临床医生与研究者接受和运用。中医有各种辨证方法,各种辨证方法又各有特色,不同的临床医生和研究者崇尚不同的辨证方法。各种辨证方法体系中有很多不同证型,每个证型又有不同的症状,为了统一证名及其内涵,文章提出一种基于证素辨证原理,进行证名规范及内涵统一的研究思路。

The differentiation of syndrome elements is a new method of differentiation of syndrome. It is based on the symptoms, differentiating syndrome factor, and then give the syndrome name. It was tried to carry out TCM quantitative diagnosis, and it has gradually been accepted and used by more and more clinicians and researchers. There are several methods of differentiation of TCM syndrome, and each of them has its own characteristics. Different clinicians and researchers advocate different methods of differentiation of TCM syndrome. There are many different syndromes in each methodology of differentiation of TCM syndrome and each syndrome has different symptoms. In order to unify the name and connotation of syndrome, in this paper, we propose research ideas to unify the name and connotation of syndrome based on the principle of differentiation of syndrome elements.
