病证结合模式下的中医证候研究探析

Analysis on researches of TCM syndrome based on mode of combination of disease and syndrome

中医证候研究是中医基础研究的核心环节,也是中医药现代化研究取得突破的关键点之一,而病证结合是中医证候研究的重要途径和方法。文章阐述了病证结合的历史源流、主要模式,分析病证结合在中医证候基础和临床研究中的应用,认为现代医学辨病与中医辨证相结合是现阶段中医证候研究行之有效的病证结合模式,以此开展中医证候基础和中医证候临床研究具有显著的优势。

Research of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndromes was a core section of TCM basic research, and it was also one of the key points of breakthrough in TCM modem research. Combination of disease and syndrome was an important approach and method for the researches on TCM syndromes. This paper expounded the historical origin and major modes of combination of disease and syndromes, and also analyzed the application of combination of disease and syndromes in basis and clinical researches of TCM syndrome, which deemed that combination of disease differentiation of modem medicine and syndrome differentiation of TCM was the effective mode of combination of disease and syndrome in TCM syndrome researches at the present stage, so there was an obvious advantage to carry out theoretical and clinical researches about TCM syndromes based on this.
