摘要
第10染色体丢失的磷酸酶基因(PTEN)信号通路已经成为中药抗肿瘤研究的重要分子靶点,参与调控肿瘤发生发展过程中至关重要的细胞生物学过程。文章主要从PTEN调控与肿瘤相关的信号通路、PTEN与肿瘤的关系和调控PTEN信号通路抗肿瘤的中药3个方面综述基于PTEN信号通路的中药抗肿瘤研究进展,为深入研究中药抗肿瘤分子机制奠定了基础。
PTEN signaling pathway had become an important molecular target in researches of anti-tumor with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, which participated in the process of cytobiology for regulating the occurrence and development of tumor. This paper summarized the research progresses in anti-tumor effect of TCM based on PTEN signaling pathway from the following three aspects： the signaling pathways related with tumor and regulated by PTEN, the correlation between PTEN and tumors, and anti-tumor TCM through regulating the PTEN signaling pathway, in order to provide basis for the further study of molecular mechanism of anti-tumor TCM.
