基于线粒体DNA探析体质学说对冠心病发病机制的影响 被引量:4

摘要 线粒体DNA突变是导致心血管疾病的致病基础之一,对冠心病的发生、发展有着一定的影响。现代研究显示冠心病患者的体质具有一定的特性,但是,线粒体DNA与罹患冠心病患者体质之间的相关性研究较之为少。文章结合现代研究结果,从线粒体DNA的遗传方式、地理区域以及环境因素等不同角度探析了线粒体DNA与冠心病患者体质之间的相关性,结果显示线粒体DNA对冠心病患者的体质有着一定的影响。 Mutations in mitochondrial DNA are one of basal malgenic factors which lead to coronary heart disease (CHD), and they also have a certain of influence on the occurrence and development of CHD. According to the modem research, the constitutions of CHD patients have some characteristics, However, the studies on the correlation between mitochondrial DNA and the constitution of CHD patients are not adequate. This article took CHD for an instance with the results of the modem research to analyze the relevance between mitochondrial DNA and the constitution of CHD patients from functional properties of mitochondrial DNA thoroughly in different angles, such as the inheritance patterns, geographic areas, environmental factors, etc. The research has shown that the constitutions of CHD patients have some effects with the function of mitochondrial DNA.
