乌鸡白凤丸对前列腺增生大鼠模型的生化指标及组织形态的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Wuji Baifeng Wan on biochemical indexes and tissue morphology in benign prostate hyperplasia rats

摘要 目的:探讨乌鸡白凤丸对前列腺增生大鼠模型的影响。方法:采用大鼠去势、皮下注射丙酸睾酮法,造前列腺增生模型。乌鸡白凤丸各剂量组分别灌服相应剂量的乌鸡白凤丸混悬液,连续30d。计算前列腺指数,测定前列腺组织中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平,观察各组前列腺组织及胸腺形态变化。结果:与模型组比较,乌鸡白凤丸各剂量组均可显著或明显降低前列腺增生模型大鼠前列腺湿重及前列腺指数,均可显著降低T、EGF水平(P<0.01),对E2的影响不明显,大、中剂量组可显著降低大鼠前列腺腺体的体密度,增加胸腺厚度及淋巴细胞个数(P<0.01),小剂量对胸腺皮质厚度及淋巴细胞个数无明显影响。结论:乌鸡白凤丸对丙酸睾酮所致去势大鼠前列腺增生有好的改善作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Wuji Baifeng Wan on benign prostate hyperplasia rats. Methods: Benign prostate hyperplasia rats model was produced in the gonadectomy rats by hypodermic injecting testosterone propionate. Each dose group of Wuji Baifeng Wan was given corresponding dose drugs respectively for 30 days. The prostate index was calculated, and serum testosterone (T), estradiol (E2) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) levels were determined, and the histomorphology changes of prostate and thymus were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, each dose group of Wuji Baifeng Wan could reduce prostate wet weight and prostate index of the rat model (P〈0.01) and reduce the levels of T and EGF, but the effect of E2 was not obvious. High, medium dose group could significantly reduce the bulk density of rat prostate gland, thymus lymphocytes increase the thickness and the number (P〈0.01), small dose had no obvious effect on the number of the thymus cortex thickness and lymphocytes. Conclusion: Wuji Baifeng Wan has good actions on gonadectomy benign prostate hyperplasia model caused by testosterone propionate in rats.
