岗藿抗感汤对小鼠H1N1流感病毒肺炎的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究岗藿抗感汤对H1N1流感病毒FM1株感染引致的小鼠病毒性肺炎的影响。方法:采用流感病毒滴鼻感染正常小鼠建立小鼠H1N1流感病毒肺炎模型。观察岗藿抗感汤对小鼠肺泡灌洗液中白细胞总数及巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞所占比例,及其血清中白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、趋化蛋白因子1(MCP-1)等炎性因子的影响。结果:岗藿抗感汤能显著减少H1N1流感病毒肺炎小鼠炎性介质的渗出;提高抗炎因子IL-10、IFN-γ水平,降低IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1等促炎因子水平;降低肺泡灌洗液中白细胞总数,升高巨噬细胞百分比,降低中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞比例。结论:岗藿抗感汤可调节抗炎、促炎因子水平,减轻H1N1流感病毒引致的小鼠肺部炎性反应。 Objective: To study the influence of Ganghuo Kanggan Decoction to viral pneumonia mice caused by H1N1 influenza virus FAIl strain infected. Methods: The leukocytes and macrophages, lymphocytes, neutrophils proportion in murine alveolar lavage fluid were counted. Additionally, the concentration of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), interleukin-12 (IL-12), interferon-7 (IFN-7), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), chemotactic of the protein factor 1 (MCP-1) in serum were assessed to viral pneumonia mice, which have been intranasally infected by Influenza A (H 1N 1) virus. Results: Ganghuo Kanggan Decoction could significantly reduce leakage of inflammatory mediators, improve anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, IFN-7 levels, lower IL-6, TNF-α, MCP-1 and other pro-inflammatory cytokines, and reduce the total number of leukocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, increase the percentage of macrophages, neutrophils decreased, the proportion of lymphocytes. Conclusion: Ganghuo Kanggan Decoction could adjust anti-inflammatory, pro-inflammatory cytokine levels and alleviate mouse lung inflammation caused by virus.
