益气化瘀清热方及其拆方对体外培养大鼠肾小球系膜细胞产生Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的影响

Research on rats MsC secreting Col-Ⅲ are impacted by Yiqi Huayu Qingre Formula and its separate compound

目的:观察益气化瘀清热方及拆方的含药血清对脂多糖刺激的体外培养大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(primary mesangial cells,Ms C)产生Ⅲ型胶原蛋白(Col-Ⅲ)的影响。方法:采用ELISA法检测上清Col-Ⅲ的含量。结果:各类含药血清均能减少Col-Ⅲ的生成,化瘀组与清热组、复方组、雷公藤组作用强于益气组(P<0.05),中药复方组作用强于雷公藤组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀清热方及拆方后的各类中药均能降低Col-Ⅲ的生成。

Objective： To observe the impact of medicated serum of Yiqi Huayu Qingre Formula and its separate compounds on the mesangial cells （MsC） in vitro stimulated by lipopolysaccharide （LPS） generate to Ⅲ type collagen （Col- Ⅲ）. Methods： The contents of Col-Ⅲ were measured by ELISA. Results： All kinds of medicated serum could reduce of Col- Ⅲ generation. The effect of Huayu group and Qingre group was stronger than Yiqi group, and the effect of the whole formula group was better than the tfipterygium wilfordii group. Conclusion： The Yiqi Huayu Qingre Formula and all kinds of its separate traditional Chinese medicine after demolition could reduce of MsC generation of Col- Ⅲ.
