乳制品加工企业参与GMP认证的意愿与影响因素

Willingness and influencing factors of dairy enterprises' participation of the GMP certification

为了考察乳制品加工企业参与质量安全第三方认证的意愿与影响因素,以GMP认证为例,通过对黑龙江省内30家乳制品加工企业进行了问卷与电话调查,并运用Logistic回归模型分析影响乳制品加工企业参与GMP认证的主要因素。结果表明:乳制品加工企业实际实施GMP认证的比例低于参与意愿;企业规模、预期收益和政府支持是影响乳制品加工企业参与质量安全认证的主要因素;中型乳制品加工企业对于实施GMP质量认证的意愿最为迫切;政府支持对于乳制品加工企业参与GMP认证有明显的激励作用。

Quality and safety of the third-party certification is a vital method to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the food industry, which has been widely employed in food safety＇s supervision in many nations. In order to examine the willingness and factors of dairy enterprises participating in third-party＇s certification of quality and safety, GMP identification is studied in this paper. Based on the questionnaires and telephone interviews of 30 dairy processing enterprises in Heilongjiang province, logistic regression model is adopted to analyze the major factors that affect dairy enterprises participation of GMP certification. The results show that： the actual proportion of dairy enterprises implementing GMP certification is lower than willingness proportion; the scale of dairy enterprises, expected benefits and government support are the main factors influencing dairy enterprises participation of quality and safety certification; medium-size enterprises have the strongest willingness to implement GMP certification; government support has obvious incentives on dairy enterprises participation of GMP certification.
