团队式综合管理对原发性高血压患者疗效的影响研究

Effects of Integrated Team Management on the Treatment Efficacy of Patients with Hyperten-sion

【目的】探讨团队式综合管理对原发性高血压患者疗效的影响研究。【方法】选择2011年2月至2014年5月本院收治的80例原发性高血压患者,对其进行团队式综合管理,比较管理前后患者高血压知识知晓率、血压控制情况及血脂指标变化。【结果】管理后,患者高血压定义、诱发因素、高血压危害、预防方法、诊断标准值的知晓率均明显高于管理前,差异均具有统计学意义（均 P ＜0.05）。管理后,患者收缩压、舒张压分别为（124.25±14.27）mmHg、（79.23±7.88）mmHg,均低于管理前,差异均具有统计学意义（均 P ＜0.05）。管理后血压控制达标率为83.75%,明显高于管理前55.00%,差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。管理后,患者血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义（均 P ＜0.05）,管理前后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无显著差异（P ＞0.05）。【结论】团队式综合管理治疗原发性高血压疗效显著,能够提高患者对高血压知识知晓率,明显改善患者血压情况,值得临床推广。

[Objective]To explore the effects of integrated team management on the treatment efficacy of patients with hypertension.[Methods]Eighty cases of patients with essential hypertension were admitted to our hospital from February 201 1 to May of 2014 underwent integrated team management .the awareness rate of knowledge and control rate of blood pressure and metabolic indexes were compared before and after the management.[Results]After the management,the awareness rate of definition of hypertension,etiological factors,harm of hypertension,methods of prevention,diagnostic standard respectively were 85%,95%, 91.25%,81.25%,83.75%,significantly higher than that without management （P 〈0.05）.After administra-tion,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure were （124.25±14.27）mmHg,（79.23±7.88）mmHg, much lower than that before the integrated team management,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Blood pressure control compliance rate was 83.75% after the management ,significantly higher than that be-fore the management （55%）（P 〈0.05）.After the management,the patients＇total cholesterol,triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels significantly decreased （P 〈0.05）.There was no significant differ-ence in high density lipoprotein cholesterol before and after the management （P 〉0.05 ）.[Conclusion]Inte-grated Team management in the treatment of primary hypertension gained remarkable results,that can pro-mote the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge,stabilize the patients＇blood pressure.
