Deconstruction of the Modern Agricultural Production's Organization Mode

现代农业不仅是生产资源、技术和方式的现代化,而是供产销全过程的现代化运作,具有相当的系统性和复杂性。片面的研究不能完全解释其先进性以及其实施路径的内在逻辑联系,片面的模仿也不能有效实现传统农业的现代化转型。本文从供应、生产、销售、食品安全、风险管控和可持续发展六个紧密相连的维度,系统、深入地剖析美日两国看似迥异的现代农业生产组织模式发现,它们只是在不同资源禀赋和人文背景下依据相同的理念和路径实现农业现代化,并解释了其现代化的实质,如扩大单体规模、促使产业集聚、加速科技转化、推进行业交融、完善监管体系、实现产品分级、优化资源配置、保障持续发展等,借此为我国农业现代化转型提供参考。

By systematically and trenchantly analyzing American and Japanese modern agricultural production organization models through six intrinsically connected dimensions,this research find that they are just promoting agricultural modernization according to similar principles and approaches in different contexts of resources endowment and humanistic background.For instance,by expanding operating scale and extending industrial cluster,accelerating scientific and technological achievements transformation and promoting industrial interaction,improving regulatory system and implementing commodity grading,optimizing resource allocation and ensuring sustainable development,etc.It gives valuable guidance for the transformation of agricultural modernization in China.
