Influential Factors and Improvement of the Provision Level of Public Goods

制度设计、政治过程和社会资本三个角度集中了当前关于公共物品供给水平影响因素的研究,文章通过研究发现财政分权的制度设计、选举机制的改进以及传统宗族资本的开发,是当前优化和提高公共物品供给水平的重要因素;同时也指出了当前研究存在着视角较为单一、宏观与微观分析脱节以及研究对象狭窄等问题。

The summary to the factors to the provision level of public goods concentrates on the institution design, public choice and social capital, and it is found that the fiscal decentralization, the vote mechanism and the reuse of solitary groups are the main ways to improve and enhance the provision quantity and quality. Meanwhile, the deficiency of current research on the perspective, the gap between macro and micro research and the narrow themes are also analyzed.
