产业创新的集聚与梯度转移效应分析——基于长江经济带高新技术产业的实证研究

The Analysis on Agglomeration of the Industrial Innovation and Gradient Transfer Effect——Based on the Research on High-Tech Industries of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

产业创新发展是通过创新阶段循环中产业集聚与产业梯度转移力度的相对强弱决定的。文章采用区位熵和产业集聚指数判断长江经济带高新技术产业所处的集聚和梯度转移阶段,结果表明:长江上游地区基本处于产业集聚衰退阶段,迫切需要产业转型;中游地区产业创新发展两端分布,一为创新集聚,一为创新动力不足,需培育新的产业;下游地区产业创新在四个阶段呈均衡分布。

Industry innovation and development depends on the relative strength of the industrial agglomeration and industrial gradient transfer in the innovation dynamic stage of the cycle. The high-tech industries＇ performance in the Yangtze River economic belt： The upstream area in industrial agglomeration is at the declined stage, which needs industrial transformation; in the middle reaches at both ends of the distribution, one is innovation agglomeration, the other is lack of innovation power, which needs cultivate new industry; downstream area is uniformly distributed at four stages.
