现代社会是一个高风险性的社会。中国高速的现代化转型过程是一个社会断裂与失衡的过程,也是社会风险孕育、形成、积聚、爆发的根源所在,社会风险的规避与治理关乎中国社会转型的成败。搞清中国社会风险的运行机制,对更好地规避与治理风险有重要意义。文章主要从生产、转移与承担三个环节对中国社会风险的运行机制进行分析和研究,发现中国社会风险运行机制的独特性及后果,进而找到规避与治理风险的有效路径。

The modem society is a high risk society. The process of China＇s high-speed modem transformation is a process of social fracture and imbalance and also is the root cause of gestation, formation, accumulation, and outbreak of social risk. The aversion and governance of social risk affect the success or failure of the Chinese social transformation. Figuring out the operating mechanism of the Chinese social risk makes better for the aversion and governance of social risk.This article mainly analyses and studies the operating mechanism of Chinese social risk from three links of production, transfer and undertaking, finds out the uniqueness and consequences of the operation mechanism of Chinese social risk, and then seeks out the effective ways to avoid and govern the society risk.
