基于层次分析法的建筑场地园林景观设计方案审查模式研究 被引量:5

摘要 将层次分析法(AHP)引入建筑场地园林景观设计方案审查中。用层次分析法原理确立方案评价体系层次结构,分析计算中间层要素的权值。第一,建筑场地园林景观设计方案评价属性的权值:景观性(KJG),0.4943;科学性(KKX),0.435 7;经济性(KJJ),0.070 1;第二,建筑场地园林景观设计方案评价因素的权值:意境创造(U1),0.236 9;布局合理(U2),0.128 7;植物造景(U3),0.128 7;符合规范(U4),0.070 1;功能完善(U5),0.236 9;生态节约(U6),0.128 7;经济效益(U7),0.070 1。同时提出评价指标等级标准并构建评价模型,为建筑场地园林景观设计方案审查和方案比选提供依据,同时也可用于指导方案设计。 This article adopts analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to examine the architecture site landscape design. AHP is used for establishing the scheme evaluation system hierarchy, calculating and analyzing program evaluation index weights of the middle layer elements. It contains two main contents:the weights of the attributes such as landscape (KJG), 49.43%; science (KKX), 43.57%; economy (KJ ), 7.01%;The weights of evaluation factors such as the creation of artistic conception(U1), 0.236 9;reasonable layout(U2), 0.128 7;plant landscape(U3), 0.128 7;conformance to specification(U4), 0.070 1;perfect function(U5), 0.236 9;ecological conservation(U6), 0.128 7;economic performance(U7), 0.070 1. At the same time it builds evaluation grade standard and evaluation model which provide the basis for the scheme review and selection, and also can be used for guiding the design.
