我国手足口病病原谱以及疫苗研究新动态 被引量:23

New trends for pathogen spectrum of hand, foot and mouth disease and research of vaccines in China

摘要 手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)已成为西太区国家和我国的严重公共卫生问题,研发疫苗为控制HFMD暴发的有效措施。目前,我国首创的EV71疫苗已完成Ⅲ期临床试验,有望在年内上市,CA16疫苗以及EV71/CA16联合疫苗的临床前研究也已取得进展。但近年来,HFMD病原谱的改变以及易引起重症病例的CB组在HFMD中检出率上升的报道,对HFMD的防控提出了新的挑战。本文对HFMD病原谱和相关疫苗的研究进展作一综述,并提出研发多价疫苗防控严重HFMD的必要性。 Hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) has become a serious public health problem in the Asia Specific Regions and the China's Mainland in the past decade. The development of vaccines is an effective measure to control HFMD. Nowadays the phase Ⅲ clinical trials innovative EV71 vaccines from three manufacturers in the China's Mainland have been completed. The first EV71 vaccine in the world is expected to appear on the market this year. Progress has been made in preclinical study on CA16 and EV71 / CA16 vaccines. However, the changes of pathogen spectrum of HFMD and the increase of detective rate of EV-B viruses put forward new challenges on the prevention and control of HFMD. In this paper, the changes of pathogen spectrum and the progresses in research on vaccines are reviewed. It is essential to develop a multivalent vaccine to control HFMD.
