粪菌移植治疗难辨梭状芽胞杆菌感染1例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 粪菌移植（fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT）是指将健康人粪便中的功能菌群,移植到患者的胃肠道内,重建具有正常功能的肠道菌群,实现肠道及肠道外疾病的诊疗。近年来FMT在治疗艰难梭菌引起的伪膜性肠炎中的效果越来越引起重视。现报道1例FMT治疗伪膜性肠炎的成功病例,并结合本病例探讨FMT的临床应用及发展趋势。
