The Real Challenges and Cooperation Patterns of Ethnic Border Land in the Public Community Security Management of Urban Areas

边疆民族地区城市社区的公共安全是边疆稳定与发展的现实基础,也是国家安全的必要条件。当前,边疆民族地区既是突发事件的高发区,也是社区治理的薄弱区。本文在对边疆民族地区城市公共安全治理的现实挑战进行分析的基础上,提出社区合作的可行模式,对于城市社区公共安全治理中如何提高政府绩效具有启示意义。

The public community security management of urban areas laid the practical foundations of its stability and development, and it is also the necessary requirement for national security. Nowadays, the ethnic border land is the high prevalence area with emergency incidents and the weak management area. The thesis is based on the analysis of the real challenges of the ethnic border land in the public community security management of urban areas. Furthermore, the author proposed the available patterns for community cooperation and put forward the enlightenment for improving the government performance in public security management of urban areas.
