郑州铁路局国际联运发展策略研究

Study on Development Strategies of International Intermodal Transportation by Zhengzhou Railway Administration

我国实施"一带一路"战略,郑州铁路局开行郑欧国际集装箱班列,为打通郑欧铁路物流大通道、提升中原城市群整体竞争力创造了条件。在阐述郑欧国际集装箱班列开行现状的基础上,运用SWOT分析法对郑州铁路局国际联运内部的优劣势及外部的机会和威胁进行分析,通过构建郑州铁路局国际联运发展战略SWOT矩阵,提出国际联运的发展对策和建议,即完善国际联运管理运营体制,巩固区域内国际联运领先地位,向国际物流服务提供商转型,降低铁路国际联运运营成本,满足国际联运运营资质要求。

Implementing ＇one economic belt and one road＇ strategy in China and operating Zhengzhou-Hamburg international container block trains by Zhengzhou Railway Administration create conditions for opening the large corridor of Zhengzhou-Hamburg railway logistics and increasing the whole competitiveness of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. Based on expounding operation status of Zhengzhou-Hamburg international container block trains, by using SWOT method, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and threats of the international intermodal transportation by Zhengzhou Railway Administration. Through establishing SWOT matrix of development strategy of the transportation in the Administration, the paper puts forward development strategies and suggestions on the transportation, which means improving management and operation mechanism of the transportation, consolidating the leading position of the transportation within the area, providing business transformation for international logistic service, reducing operation cost of the transportation and satisfying the requirements on operation qualification of the transportation.
