摘要
高速铁路部分区段能力紧张、运行图铺画难度大、动车组运用不够经济合理等是目前我国高速铁路旅客运输中存在的比较突出的问题。结合我国高速铁路运营的实际情况,同时借鉴国外高速铁路的列车开行经验,提出现阶段我国高速铁路以直达为主、换乘为辅的开行模式,同时逐步减少长途动车组列车数量,条件成熟时逐步以本线换乘为主。针对高速铁路部分区段存在能力紧张的问题,提出高速铁路列车开行方案优化的对策。
Passenger transportation on high-speed railway in China has some obvious problems, such as tight capacity in some sections of high-speed railway, big difficulty in drawing train working diagram and the uneconomic and unreasonable EMU utilization. Combining with actual situation of high-speed railway operation in China, and referring the train operation experiences of high-speed railways in foreign countries at the same time, this paper puts forward that Chinese high-speed railways in current stage should utilize the operation mode of relying mainly on through trains while taking transfer trains subsidiary, meanwhile, gradually reduce the number of long-distance EMU trains and give priority to transfer of the line in ripe condition. Targeting with the problems of the tight capacity in some sections of high-speed railway, the paper puts forward countermeasures of optimizing train operating scheme of high-speed railway.
