Grid Management of Construction of High-speed Railway Passenger Station

在分析高速铁路客运站技术特点的基础上,分别从网格划分原则、网格编码、流程与功能3个方面阐述网格化管理内容,然后从运作机制和信息共享方面分析网格化管理实施过程。以兰州西站装饰装修阶段的网格化管理实践为例,阐明网格化管理在提高兰州西站施工效率、确保施工质量和实现按期完工方面产生积极的影响。

Based on analyzing the technical characteristics of high-speed railway passenger station, this paper expounds the contents of grid management from 3 aspects including the division principle of grid, grid coding as well as the process and functions, then, from aspects of operation mechanism and information sharing, the paper analyzes the implementation process of grid management. Taking the grid management practice in Lanzhou West Station in the decoration stage as the example, the paper puts forward the positive influence of grid management on increasing construction efficiency, ensuring the construction quality and realizing completion on schedule of Lanzhou West Station.
