摘要
采用三维软件Pro/E构造了船用绞缆机的三维模型,运用机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS完成绞缆机的虚拟样机模型,并对船舶系泊过程进行仿真分析。通过仿真获得绞缆机在工作负载工况下的主轴各部位受力情况,最后在有限元分析软件Ansys中对主轴进行静强度结构分析,确认最大应力的位置,为生产、优化提供一定理论依据。
The paper adopts the 3D software Pro /E to establish the 3D model for marine warping winch.The mechanical dynamic simulation software ADAMS is used to develop the virtual prototype model of the marine warping winch and conduct simulation analysis on the ship mooring process.The load-bearing data for each part of the spindle of the warping winch under the working load is obtained through simulation.The static strength structural analysis is performed for the spindle in Ansys,and the maximum stress position is determined.The study provides theoretic basis for production and optimization.
