摘要
以云浮化工行业抓斗桥式起重机调速系统的改造项目为例,介绍了起重机调速系统的设计及功能改进。该起重机调速装置利用电力电子元件低功耗、高精度、无触点的特性,按照设计方案集成封装成不同功能的独立模块,实现在抓斗开闭和起升方向自动断电触发的无触点调速,从而满足在恶劣环境下起重机高可靠性的运行需求和高效、安全的检验要求。
With the reconstruction project of the speed regulation system of the bridge grabbing crane in Yunfu Chemical Industry as an example,the paper introduces the design and functional improvement of the crane speed-regulating system. Considering that power electronic elements have advantages of low power consumption,high precision,and non contact,the crane speed regulation device is encapsulated in individual modules with different functions according to the design scheme,to realize non-contact speed regulation triggered by automatic power off of the grab in the switching and lifting direction,hence to satisfy the operation demand of reliability of the crane in severe environment and requirements of efficient and secure inspection.
