Growing Environment and University Students Management Problems

多元化的环境因素影响着大学生的成长,同时也给大学生管理带来了新的问题与挑战。分析大学生的现状特点和存在问题,从加强价值引导、优化成长环境、崇德释惑因势利导三方面改善成长环境,深入思考大学生管理问题。

Diversified culture from social and family environment has an effect on the growth of students , and makes the management of students more difficult. Having analyzed the current condition and long standing issue of students, the article researches on the issue of management of students from three aspects ： enhancement of value guidance, optimization of growth environment and advocating of moral education.
