摘要
探讨6σ管理方法在全面提高体育教学质量中的应用。利用定义、测量、分析、改进、控制流程查找缺陷原因、设计改进方案并进行改进前后分析。经过两年持续改进后,达到6σ的检验项目由30.91%(9/22)提高到58.18%(15/22),总体质量水平(σ值)3.80σ提高到5.52σ。6σ管理方法的应用可提高中青年体育教师教学质量,同时这一方法适用于广泛体育教学质量的提高。
This article discusses Six Sigma methods to improve the overall quality of the application of Physical Education. Using the definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, controlling process to find the defect causes and improve program designed to improve the analysis before and after. After two years of continuous improvement,to achieve 6σtest items by 30.91%(9/22)increased to 58.18%(15/22),the overall quality level(σvalue)3.80σincreased to5.52σ. Application 6σmanagement approach can improve the quality of teaching young PE teacher,but this method is applicable to a wide range of sports to improve the quality of teaching.
