摘要
传统高频电源效率较低且对电网造成了污染,运用功率因数校正技术和软开关技术可实现高效率和低污染.对功率因数电路和全桥电路进行了理论设计和参数估算,设计出了一款2 k W的电源样机,并给出了样机的功率因数和移相全桥ZVS的实验波形.结果显示设计可行,样机性能指标基本满足设计要求.
Traditional switching power supply has low efficiency and pollution on the grid, power factor correction (PFC) technology and soft switching technology is used to achieve high efficiency and low pollution. The main circuit and control circuit were theoretically designed and their parameters were estimated. The switching power prototype with 2 kW is designed, and the power factor of the prototype and experimental waveforms of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS were gived. The result shows that this design is practicable and its performance can meet the design requirements.
