摘要
对脉冲激光器和光纤激光器焊接铝合金IT构件产品进行对比试验,考察了强度、效率、外观、变形量等工艺参数。结果表明,光纤激光器能够获得更大的强度、更高的效率、更好的外观以及相似的变形量。
The contrast experiments are done to find the difference about weld strength, efficiency, appearance and deformation between fiber laser and pulse laser,the results show that the fiber laser is better than pulse laser on weld strength, efficiency and appearance, and the weld deformation of two kinds of lasers are similar.
