摘要
以高速列车用典型国产不锈钢材料厚4 mm SUS301L-HT为研究对象,通过不同温度条件下的保温处理并进行喷水急冷,模拟火焰调修对材料强度及抗晶间腐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明,调修温度不大于550℃,并采用水冷的调修工艺能保证不锈钢材料SUS301L-HT的机械性能和抗晶间腐蚀性能。
In this paper,the study object is a typical domestic stainless steel material 4 mm SUS301L-HT used in high-speed trains.By heat preservation treatment at different temperatures and water-colded, the effect of flame adjusting on material strength and resistance to intergranular corrosion is simulated. The results show that the adjusting process with temperature less than 550 ℃ and water-colded can ensure the mechanical property and resistance to intergranular corrosion of SUS301L-HT stainless steel.
