摘要
基于有效散热方法对实际生产企业用移动焊接机器人的模块化密闭控制器进行探索研究,将密闭散热系统用于双壳船体的焊接过程,测得伺服电机在满载条件下的实际峰值温度和热量分别为105.9℃和23.7 W,并根据实际制造企业的工作环境估算出其散热能力约为60.7 W。密闭容器散热方法将大大提高不同领域的移动焊接机器人的操作稳定性,尤其适用于受到大量散热和严重辐射泄漏的情况。
Based on the effective cooling method,the practical production enterprise with mobile welding robot modular airtight controller has carried on the preliminary exploration research,closed cooling system will be used for welding process of the double hull,servo motor at full load under the condition of actual measured peak temperature and heat were 105.9 ℃ and 105.9 W,and according to the actual manufacturing enterprise working environment estimate its cooling capacity is about 60.7 W. Airtight container cooling method will greatly improve the operation stability of the different areas of the mobile welding robot,especially suitable for large amount of heat dissipation and serious radiation leaks.
