摘要
采用气体保护焊对超级双相不锈钢S32750厚壁板进行焊接,通过分析焊接接头的铁素体含量、硬度及金相组织,研究焊接线能量对超级双相不锈钢S32750焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律,确定了合理的焊接工艺,对生产过程中超级双相不锈钢的焊接具有较好的指导作用。
In this paper,the super duplex stainless steel S32750 thick plates were welded using gas shielded arc welding.Through the analysis of ferrite content,hardness and microstructure of welding joint,the influence of heat input on microstructure and properties of the welding joint was studied,then reasonable welding craft parameters were determined.This paper has better guidance to the super duplex stainless steel welding in practical production.
