摘要
通过对供水泵站的卜形钢岔管进行不同压力等级水压试验的应力测试及分析,以确定岔管结构设计方案的合理性和制造质量(尤其焊接质量)的可靠性。明确了U形梁腰部及闷头所受应力较大,在水压试验及供水系统运行时应注意监测;同时闷头盖板与过渡管环缝内侧所受拉力值也较大,应特别注意该焊缝的焊接质量控制,以确保供水工程系统的安全运行。
