针对压力容器焊工培训中存在的不规范、不系统、无章可循、盲目性较大的问题,探索提出一套系统规范的压力容器焊工焊接培训方法。明确压力容器焊工所应达到的知识和技能水平,并把整个培训目标进行分解,通过完成每一阶段的培训目标,最终使焊工具备相应的理论知识水平和较扎实的焊接操作技能。

In view of the existing pressure vessel welder training is not standardized,not systematic,unsystematic,problems of blindness,to explore a set of system of standard pressure vessel welder welding training method.Knowledge and skill level of specific pressure vessel welder should reach,and make the training objectives,through the completion of each stage of the training target,eventually make welders have corresponding more solid theoretical knowledge and the welding operation skills.
