蚤星消肿止血散治疗疖痈的临床观察

Th e Clinical Observation on the Effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue Pulvis on Furuncle and Carbuncle

目的观察蚤星消肿止血散治疗疖、痈的临床疗效。方法 120例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例。两组同时给予一般治疗,治疗组在一般治疗基础上予蚤星消肿止血散治疗,对照组在一般治疗基础上予如意金黄散治疗。7 d为1疗程。观察两组中医临床症状积分、血白细胞总数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEU)等指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%优于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);中医证候疗效治疗组93.33%亦优于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医症状积分与治疗前比较均明显下降(均P<0.05),治疗前后积分差值治疗组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要体征、症状积分与治疗前比较均明显下降(均P<0.05),治疗组在缩小病灶范围、降低肿势、减轻发热方面优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前比较,血WBC和NEU均降至正常范围(P<0.05),治疗后两组血WBC和NEU比较差别不大(P>0.05)。两组患者在临床研究过程中均未发现安全性指标异常及皮肤过敏等情况。结论蚤星消肿止血散能够明显改善患者临床症状,降低血WBC和NEU,对治疗疖、痈有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue Pulvis on furuncle and car- buncle. Methods： 120 cases with furuncle and carbuncle were randomly divided into the treatment group with Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue Pulvis （60 cases） and the control group with Ruyi Jinhuang Pulvis （60 cases）. The course of treatment lasted for one week. The following data was observed ： the changes of clinical symptom scores, the counts of White Blood Cells（WBC） and neutrophil percentage（NEU） in two groups. Results： The total effec- tive rate of the treatment group was 91.67% ,while the control group was 78.33% ,and the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈 0.05）. The syndromes curative effect in treatment group was 93.33%,while the control group was 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The symptom scores of Chinese medicine dropped significantly in both group after intervention（P〈 0.05）,while the change in the treatment group was more marked than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After intervention ,the main symptom scores decreased signifi- cantly in both groups （P 〈 0.05）. However,the treatment group,in narrowing the scope of lesions,reducing the swelling degree and reducing the fever level,compared with the control group,was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment ,the WBC and NEU fell to the normal range in both groups, and the difference between be- fore and after treatment was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. But there was no significant difference between WBC and NEU in the two groups after treatment （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Zaoxin Xiaozhong Zhixue Pulvis can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of furuncle and carbuncle patients.
