浅谈少阴病死证与慢性肾衰竭尿毒症期

Discussion on Shaoyin Death Syndrome and Uremia Stage of Chronic Renal Failure

死证是各种疾病进程中出现的病情凶险重笃、濒临死亡、难以救治的征候的总称。《伤寒论》中对死证的诊断论述有22条之多,其中少阴病6条。在终末尿毒症期慢性肾衰竭的研究中发现其病因病机、临床表现、治疗与少阴病六死证有一定的联系。本篇试从少阴病死证方面论述终末期慢性肾衰竭辨证治疗。

The death syndrome was a general term of signs of dangerous condition,verge of death,difficuh to treat,which appeared in the process of all kinds of diseases. In the book Typhoid theory,there were 22 provisions of the diagnosis of the death certificate, 6 of which had related to Shaoyin diseases. In the study of chronic renal failure in the end of Uremia stage,it was found that the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and treatment had a certain relationship with six death certificate of Shaoyin diseases. This article discussed the treatment of chronic renal failure in the end stage from the case of Shaoyin death Syndrome.
