子午流注电针配合辨证取穴治疗功能性消化不良60例

Ziwuliuzhu Acupuncture Combined with Dialectical Acupoints in the Treatment of 60 Cases with Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察子午流注电针配合辨证取穴治疗功能性消化不良(肝郁气滞证)的疗效。方法将180患者随机分为3组,治疗组60例,给予子午流注电针配合辨证取穴;西药组60例,给予枸橼酸莫沙比利治疗,中药组60例给予柴胡舒肝丸治疗。均以3周为1疗程。治疗2个疗程。结果子午流注电针配合辨证取穴组症状及胃镜总有效率均明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05),同时优于中药对照组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注电针配合辨证取穴在治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良方面效果明显。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with the dialectical points on the treatment of liver qi stagnation of functional dyspepsia. Methods： 180 cases with liver qi stagnation of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into three groups. 60 cases in the treatment group were given Zi- wuliuzhu acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoints;the western medicine control group （60 cases） were treated with mosapride citrate while the Chinese medicine control group （60 cases） were treated with Chaihu Shugan pill. Results： The total effective rate of symptoms and gastroseopy of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with dialectical acupuncture group were significantly better than the western medicine control group （P 〈 0.05） and the Chinese medicine control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with dialecti- cal acupoints has an obvious effect on treating stagnation of liver Qi type functional indigestion,worthy of further popularization and application.
