摘要
为筛选出适宜浙江省栽培的番茄品种,选用11个不同番茄品种进行田间种植,比较不同品种番茄的植物学性状和品质。结果表明,不同番茄品种间植物学性状和营养品质存在明显差异,其中,TOM番茄植物学性状最优,植株明显矮化,果实小且呈陀螺型,具有较高的观赏性,且综合营养品质较高,其维生素C含量和可滴定酸含量在11个品种中最高,分别为30.42 mg/100 g和0.725%,适宜在农业观光园和室内做观赏蔬菜;巧克力番茄果实红色呈椭球形,有一定的观赏价值,开花期和结果期较早且产量较高,生长势在11个品种中最强,可溶性蛋白质含量最高,为233.15 mg/100 g,适宜在浙江地区进行田间推广;花皮球番茄果实呈虎皮状条纹,不喜迎红梨番茄果型呈灯笼状,果实外观品质较好但营养品质不佳,改良后可作观赏番茄,有一定的推广价值。
In order to select the tomato varieties suitable for cultivation in Zhejiang province, 11 different tomato varieties were selected for field test,and the botanical characteristics and quality of different tomato species were compared. The results showed that, there were obvious differences among different tomato varieties. In these tomato varieties, "TOM" had the best botanical traits in which plant height were low,fruits wcre small and had attractive form with high ornamental traits and high- er nutrition level and the content of vitamin C and titratable acid was the highest in the 11 varieties,which were 30.42 mg/ 100 g and 0.725%,suitable for ornamental vegetables in agricultural sightseeing garden and indoor; 'Chocolate' tomato had ellipsoid fruit and had certain ornamental value,with early blossom and fruiting stage,high yield,and the strongest growth potential in 11 species,with the highest soluble protein content which was 233.15 mg/100 g,suitable for the promotion in Zhejiang area; 'Hua Piqiu' tomato fruit had tiger stripe,"Bu Xi Ying Hongli" had lantern shaped fruit and poorf nutrition,which could be used as ornamental tomato after improvement and had certain popularization value.
